Introduction

"It occurred to me that nothing is more interesting than opinion when opinion is interesting, so I devised a method of cleaning off the page opposite the editorial, which became the most important in America... and thereon I decided to print opinions, ignoring facts."

-Herbert Bayward Swope, creator of the first modern Op-Ed page.

If I were to have my own Op-Ed page to play on, it would look just like this blog. Being that I am the publisher, the "lengthy, dogmatic utterances" contained here can also be categorized as editorials. So here it is, JH's constant Opinions and Editorials.
